Lists
Create and manage lists (task containers) under a space or folder, and see who has access. Includes Create List In Space and Create List In Folder.
Get Lists In Space
Pages lists directly under a space (`lists[]`, not `items`; excludes lists inside folders). Same `limit`/`cursor` paging as folders; optional `anchorId` for centered windows. Location comes from the token.
Create List In Space
Creates a list directly under a space. Prefer Create List In Folder when the list should live inside a folder.
Get Lists In Folder
Pages lists under a folder (`lists[]`, not `items`). Same paging as space children. Example: open a folder view, then Create List In Folder for a client project.
Create List In Folder
Creates a list inside a folder so tasks can be organized under that folder.
Get List
Fetches one list by id. `parentId` is the parent folder or space. Statuses: `GET /projects/lists/{listId}/statuses`.
Update List
Updates list fields such as name, color, or privacy. `color` must be a palette swatch. `userIds` when making the list private adds grants and does not revoke omitted users — use `DELETE /projects/lists/{listId}/users/{userId}`. Setting `isPrivate: false` makes the list public; existing direct grants remain but no longer gate access while public.
Delete List
Deletes a list. Response: `{ 'success': true }` (no `id`). Tasks that used it as home list follow product delete rules.
Get Users With List Access
Lists users with access to the list as one unified `users` page (`source`: `direct` | `inherited`). `skip` / `limit` / `total` apply to the combined list. No PII and no `query` filter. Revoke with `DELETE /projects/lists/{listId}/users/{userId}`.
Revoke List Member
Revokes a direct user grant on the list. Idempotent if the grant is already absent. Does not change `isPrivate`. Inherited access from ancestors is unchanged.
